Before you travel

Check eSIM support for your exact phone model: it can depend on the country where it was purchased. Your device must be unlocked for use with other carriers. You will need an internet connection to install the profile.

Frequently asked questions

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a SIM built into your phone. There is no physical card to insert: you install a profile using a QR code or activation code, while your usual SIM stays in place.

Will it work on my phone?

Open the supported device list and find your exact model. Support also depends on the country of sale and carrier version. Check for an EID and an “Add eSIM” option in settings, and make sure the phone is not locked to one carrier.

When does the validity period start?

Usually when the eSIM first connects to a network in the country covered by your plan. Exact conditions depend on the plan. It is often convenient to install the eSIM at home, then select it for mobile data after arrival.

How will I receive my eSIM?

After successful payment and eSIM issuance, the QR code and instructions appear on the order page and in My eSIMs. If your profile has an email address, we also send a copy by email. For purchases through Telegram, the bot sends the eSIM to your chat.

Will I keep my number? Will WhatsApp and Telegram still work?

Yes. The eSIM provides mobile data, while your number stays on your primary SIM. Messaging apps continue to use your existing number. Turn off data roaming on your primary SIM to avoid roaming data charges from your usual carrier.

Can I share my internet connection?

This depends on the plan’s terms. If hotspot sharing is important to you, check with support before buying.

Can I reinstall the eSIM or move it to another phone?

A QR code can usually be installed only once. Keep the eSIM on your phone until your trip ends. If you delete it by accident, contact support.

My internet is not working. What should I do?

Check that the new eSIM is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming turned on. Restart your phone. If that does not help, contact support and include your order number.
